Ntini Mashigo
CEO, Founder
Adv. Ntini Mashigo is the Founder and Director of Mashigo N Attorneys. She leads the firm’s strategic vision, operations, and ethical standards.
With senior leadership experience at both the Department of Basic Education and the Gauteng Department of Education, she has played key roles in legislative development, policy reform, and high-level dispute management. Notably, she served on the task team that drafted the Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Act 32 of 2024.
Her background includes involvement in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission hearings and landmark Constitutional Court matters that shaped school admissions policy.
Adv. Mashigo holds a B-Juris (UKZN), LLB (WITS), and Certificate in Legislative Drafting (RAU), supported by extensive training in governance, labour law, and strategic management. Born in Soweto, she is driven by a commitment to service, justice, and building a future-focused legal practice.
